Based in Queensland, Australia, Tom is a respected marine designer, industry leader, and powerboat racing champion known for driving innovation and commercial success within the Australian marine sector. As Founder and Managing Director of FiveBlade Marine, he brings experience across design, manufacturing, brand development, and senior leadership, supported by a bachelor's degree in industrial design and senior roles with Elandra Yachts and Maritime.
At Maritimo, Tom led the development of multiple world-renowned models that redefined luxury motor yacht modularity and functionality. His work combined innovative design with strategic market execution to generate record-breaking sales, while improving production efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening quality control, and contributing to all-time-high profits. Tom is also a world renown powerboat racing figure with multiple national and UIM World Championship titles won both as a driver and designer.
